We ship you
more butterflies than ordered to compensate for
potential butterfly casualties. In all cases, our
customers release more butterflies than they order! If
there is a chance that you will be releasing the
butterflies in inclement weather, or if your release-day
temperature will be below 70 degrees, we cannot
guarantee a successful release. The release MUST be made
during daylight hours and MUST be outdoors. If you do
happen to receive deceased butterflies please contact us
immediately. We will require that
you return them in a box via US mail and you will be
refunded in full.
